Dumbfounding Stories is produced by me, Kent McDaniel, and deals with fiction (mainstream, mystery, and SF), music, pop culture, art, science-fiction fandom, and Chicago. Concerning fiction and music, I tend to write about my own but sometimes write about the work of other writers and musicians  and at times share guest posts by other writers. I’m not a graphic artist, so when I write about that subject I usually talk about works that please me, much of which is illustration in the fantasy or SF genre.
